Since its launch in 2000 under the leadership of Motoshi Chikamori and Kyoko Kunoh, have created and presented collaborative works as a media products group “minim++”. Their interactive works, which mortified a children’s toy such as a shadow picture, a block, and a picture book, have been featured internationally in such venues as Ars Electronica, SIGGRAPH, Centre Pompidou and Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography etc. After they set up the limited company “plaplax”, they also produce public and commercial spaces and joint study research with university. In 2007, they altered their name from “minim++” to “motoshi chikamori ++kyoko kunoh” from the exhibition at Gallery Teo.
